what to do

i just got a 97 eclipse that is bored over .20 over. it had a t3 turbo on it with a 5 bolt down pipe. the houseing that i need is : t3 turbine inlet flange 5 bolt t3/t4/fordstyle discharge for internal or external wastgate. im now looking for the turbo to bolt to it. i was given a price of 650.00 but i think i can do better then that. if not then all will. but i am also looking to get a wastegate, intercooler, piping, bov,and the manifold for it. if anyof you guys are selling any of that and will give me a 200 mil warranty on it that would be great. oh yea the 650 was for just the turbo not for every thing.
