Get together in New York.
On friday nights at 9:45 a bunch of people meet at places in colonie/latham/albany theres a crap load of people about over 1000, they meet up there and decide where to race they mostly race on I-90, and Central Avenue. I do not condone street racing I am just putting it out thereIt is a great place to meet people who got the same cars and see new cars they have everything from euros, domestics, imports, and exotics. I do not condone street racing I am just putting it out there.

Utica
If those places are too far and you're closer to Utica, 100 or so people meet up at the McDonalds on mohawk street at 11-12pm every wednesday night. Alot of them just chat and show off their cars, some street race, money or no money. Even if you just watch, it's fun if you have the time.
